4FANS is an online platform run by Halosauridae Ltd. Registration number HE 375841 Incorporation date 07.11.2017 Authorized share capital 1000 Company address: "Halosauridae Ltd., 5 Skopa, Anemona Court, Office 105, 2035, Strovolos, Nicosia Cyprus" (“we”, “us”, “the Company”) based in Cyprus. 4FANS is meant to enable users to share their content and enjoy the content offered by other users. The following Privacy Policy informs you about the way we collect information (data), how is that information going to be used and with whom is it going to be shared. By using the services provided by 4FANS, you agree to share some information with us. We collect and process personal data carefully and only to the extent permitted by law. In the following Privacy Policy users will be “Creators” and“Fans”. The “Creators” are the ones uploading content, while “Fans” are able to upload content without monetizing it and enjoy the content existing on the Website. Any personal information that you will share with us, will not go outside the European Economic Area. The financial information required when using the services provided by 4FANS are not given directly to this Website, but to our well-chosen payment processing partners. Keep in mind that these partners may or may not be part of the European Economic Area. The content provided by the Website is being monitored by us and by third parties. This way we make sure that everything stays legal according to our Terms and Conditions and in compliance with the applicable law. The fee paid by the Fans to the Creators is determined by the Creators. The content viewed is decided by the Fans.

When joining 4FANS as both Creators or Fans, you may be asked to disclose: your name, your date of birth, a copy of your passport or ID, the postal address, email, username and your banking credentials. If you want a more visible profile, then information such as profile pictures and a profile name may be required. When uploading personal information on your account page, always have in mind that this information can be used by others. Please contact our support team if you have any other questions regarding the information that you provide us with.
By knowing what your user pattern is when it comes to the content that you view or share, we can offer you a more precise and personal experience. It’s simple: if we know what type of content you like to access, we can suggest some similar content that otherwise you may not come across.

Members users (registered users) – we are talking about your profile name, payable photos, non payable photos, payable video, non payable video, username, numbers of likes, all you posts, profile photo, location, about me description. We can also share content posted or sent. All website users (none registered users) – only your public info like profile name, non payable photos, non payable video, username, numbers of likes, all you posts, profile photo, location, about me description, account status. Third parties – service providers that work on our behalf. Third parties for legal reasons – to comply with a legal process, a governmental request, to protect the rights, property, and safety of our users or to detect fraud or security problems. Third parties as part of a merge or acquisition process, as part of the transaction. No other company may collect information regarding the way you are using our services. All information that you provide us with is in your control, so you get to delete any content that you want, at any time.
