When joining 4FANS as both Creators or Fans, you may be asked to disclose: your name, your date of birth, a copy of your passport or ID, the postal address, email, username and your banking credentials. If you want a more visible profile, then information such as profile pictures and a profile name may be required. When uploading personal information on your account page, always have in mind that this information can be used by others. Please contact our support team if you have any other questions regarding the information that you provide us with.
By knowing what your user pattern is when it comes to the content that you view or share, we can offer you a more precise and personal experience. It’s simple: if we know what type of content you like to access, we can suggest some similar content that otherwise you may not come across.
- Information regarding your content created on 4FANS – we collect photos, videos, texts, metadata that comes with the content, custom stickers and so on.
- Information regarding the device you are accessing our Website from – we collect IP addresses, data about the device used to access the Website, info about hardware and software: hardware model, the version of the operating system, browser types, language, time zone.
- Information concerning your location when using our Website and services. With your consent the location information that we collect can extend to a more precise location, by using GPS, wireless, cell towers and so on.
- Cookies – in this case we use Google analytics and session cookies. You can remove or reject browser cookies, but this can affect the availability or functionality of our services.

All the information that we collect is used to enhance, develop and protect our services and products. By collecting this type of info, we also get to analyze the trends related to the way our users choose to use our website, so we can constantly adapt and stay relevant for both Creators and Fans and send you targeted information on your email address. Also, the information that we collect allows us to prevent any kind of unauthorized or fraudulent activities, keeping things safe for you.
Members users (registered users) – we are talking about your profile name, payable photos, non payable photos, payable video, non payable video, username, numbers of likes, all you posts, profile photo, location, about me description. We can also share content posted or sent. All website users (none registered users) – only your public info like profile name, non payable photos, non payable video, username, numbers of likes, all you posts, profile photo, location, about me description, account status. Third parties – service providers that work on our behalf. Third parties for legal reasons – to comply with a legal process, a governmental request, to protect the rights, property, and safety of our users or to detect fraud or security problems. Third parties as part of a merge or acquisition process, as part of the transaction. No other company may collect information regarding the way you are using our services. All information that you provide us with is in your control, so you get to delete any content that you want, at any time. If you choose to close your account, your personal data will be deleted after six months, agreeing with Article 13(2)(b&c) GDPR.

Where personal data are collected, you - as the data subject - are to be provided with a range of information regarding the collection of data, in particular what data are collected and for what purpose.
- Right of access by the data subject
According to the GDPR, you - as the person affected by the data processing -are entitled to demand a confirmation that your personal data is processed or that this is not the case. Where data is processed, the GDPR establishes various rights (e.g. the right to obtain a copy of the data).
- Right to rectification
You – as the data subject - have the right to request us as the controller of the data to rectify any inaccurate personal data concerning you without delay. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, you have the right to request the completion of incomplete personal data, including by means of a supplementary declaration.
- Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")
You – as the data subject –have the right to request that personal data relating to you be deleted immediately and the personal data must be deleted immediately if one of the reasons listed in the GDPR applies, for example that the data are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected.
- Right to restriction of processing
In certain cases, you have the right to require the GDPR to restrict the processing of data. If such a restriction is requested, the data may only be retained, but may no longer be processed.
- Right of notification
According to the GDPR, all recipients to whom personal data have been disclosed must be informed of any correction or deletion of personal data or any restriction on processing, unless this proves impossible or involves disproportionate effort.
- Right to data transferability
You have the right to receive the data that you have provided in a structured, common and machine-readable format and have the right to transfer this data to another data controller, for example to change the service provider. - Right to waive an automated decision in individual cases
In addition, you have the right not to be subject to a decision based exclusively on automated processing, including profiling, which has legal effect against you or significantly affects you in a similar manner.
- Right to be informed of data protection violations
Should the provisions on the protection of personal data be violated, and should you be affected by such a violation, you will be informed, provided that this entails a high risk for personal rights and freedoms.
- Technical measures for data security
We protect personal data through appropriate technical and organizational security measures and store them on secure servers. The Website is protected against manipulation by the usual state-of-the-art measures and against access, modification or distribution by unauthorized persons. This includes taking data protection aspects into account as early as the planning phase of our services ("privacy by design"), and our new products or services are offered with data protection-friendly default settings ("privacy by default").
- Transfer of data to third parties
We are entitled to pass on your personal data to service providers for the purposes of the services we provide, including abroad.
